I am Tim O’Brien’s partner in Real Estate Sales. I have lived in the Lake Almanor area since 2003 and began my career in real estate in in 2006. I owned a bookstore in Chester for 20 years and have served on several non-profit boards, and am the past president of the Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce.
As a team, Tim and I bring together the best of or combined experience in real estate and knowledge of the area and our skills in marketing and negotiation. We feel that when you choose a team with a history of integrity and success, you are already half way to achieving your goals. Tim is the Broker/Owner of three Coldwell Banker franchises in Plumas County: Coldwell Banker Kehr/O’Brien in Lake Almanor, Coldwell Banker Pioneer in Quincy and Coldwell Banker Chandler in the Portola/Blairsden area. I am also the Executive Director of The Almanor Foundation.
