I have never been to the area before. Donna gave me all the information about the area and the neighboring communities. I started out wanting to buy some property and build a home on it but then I changed gears and decided to buy a used preowned home instead. In both cases Donna provided me a lot of information so I could make my decision on which property to make an offer on. Negotiations with the seller we’re at times difficult, Donna hung in there with me and we finally made a deal. I am extremely happy in my new home and the area.
