I live 5 hours from Lake Almanor so Cathy was my eyes and ears when I couldn’t be available for issues and concerns.

We worked with Cathy to sell a lot in the Pines. We were hopeful that we could sell within a year’s time frame as many properties were on the market. After we agreed to sell the property with Cathy, we left for Italy for an extended vacation with no expectation of an immediate sale. We were pleasantly surprised when after a week in Italy, we received an E-mail from Cathy indicating that she had two potential buyers. As we were out of the country, we were concerned about our ability to sign appropriate paper work. Cathy quickly investigated and determined that through the Internet, she could forward appropriate paper work and actually have us sign it directly on the Internet. As a result, all paper work was signed and we had a buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out, however Cathy immediately contacted the second buyer worked through some difficult bonding issues and our sale was completed.
Cathy’s experience and determination to finalize property sales were instrumental in completing our sale. She always displays a professional and friendly rapport with her clients.
